Preventive Maintenance Service

We want to ensure that all of your equipment is working PERFECTLY! Here is what we will perform on each visit:

Ellipticals, Bikes, Stair climbers, etc.

Test all functions of the unit to ensure they are working properly
Check battery voltage
Check for any excessive noise from loose hardware or bearing
Check shrouds, grips, and all frame pieces for any cracks, tears, or loose hardware
Check condition of all drive belts, adjust if necessary Inspect all wiring and connections
Level Unit
Remove all shrouds and clean internally
Vacuum, inspect, and clean internal components

Treadmills

Check amp draw of the unit to determine the condition of the walking belt
Visually inspect walking belt and deck surface, adjust belt is needed
Vacuum, inspect, and wipe down motor compartment to keep free of dust and debris
Inspect all wiring and connections
Test all functions of the unit to ensure they are working properly
Check shrouds, grips, and all frame pieces for any cracks, tears, or loose hardware
Check Tension of drive belts & adjust accordingly
Level the machine
Inspect power cord and test for proper grounding

Strength Units

Test all functions of the unit to ensure they are working properly
Check for any loose hardware
Check the stability of the unit on the floor, level if necessary
Inspect all cables and pulleys for any cracks or fraying, adjust tension when needed
Clean and lubricate the weight guide rods to insure a smooth range of motion though out the workout
Check all adjustment knobs and levers are functioning properly
Inspect upholstery for any rips or tears
Lubricate the bearings and friction points
