Fitness Resource only employs factory certified technicians to handle both our remanufacturing and certified pre-owned process. We have relationships with all the key industry manufacturers so we have a constant supply of parts and training that allows us to offer the longest warranty in the business. Our process has been fully inspected by the manufacturers, this not only allows us to work closely with them it allows us to deliver, install, and service their products!
Our remanufactured equipment goes through a rigorous process to ensure all equipment is brought back to factory specifications. The equipment is disassembled, cleaned, painted and fully tested. The end result of this process is equipment that often rivals the look and function of new equipment.
Cardio Equipment
The equipment is disassembled down to the frame. It is then sanded and repainted to like new condition. All belts and batteries are replaced and all the electronics are tested and replaced if defective. Then the piece goes through a final assembly and testing procedure to ensure it is ready for trouble free use and backed by our industry leading warranty.
Strength Equipment
All equipment is broken down to the frame it is then sanded, epoxy primed, and painted using 2 coats before applying the final 2 coats of clear coat. The piece is then rebuilt with new grips, double stitched upholstery, new cable or Kevlar belts and new manufacturer instruction card and logo if available.
The piece is then fully tested to meet manufacturer specifications and is available in custom colors. The piece then goes through a final assembly and testing procedure to ensure it is ready for trouble free use and backed by our industry leading warranty.
Equipment is thoroughly tested by our Technicians. Parts are replaced if they are not working to 100%. Equipment might have some signs of wear, but nothing major. We guarantee no tears in the upholstery, no rust on the machine and no cracked covers.
